WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK IS GOING ON.

This.

I turned my phone on to check the status of the pretty uninspiring signing of De Jong, and we've signed Falcao???

Is he going to play in defence? Or is the plan to buy all the best attackers so they don't play against us?

Edit - it's brilliant though. Most enjoyable transfer window ever! We've signed a million players, they keep coming in before we've even had a chance to see the previous one. I'm still looking forward to seeing Luke Shaw.

I think thats the thing too. We've hardly seen any of our new signing so far so we've got a lot of quality to come in. Also means we've got to be patience when they play as a disjointed mess for a few months.

Typical that an International break is here now!

in all this, we've not really mentioned Hernandez heading to Real Madrid on loan very much. like Kagawa, i wish him well. i can't see him playing a great deal, but i hope he does get some chances to play, and does well. he certainly needed a change. he's such a likable player, i hope he gets his career back on track, whether for us or somewhere else.

edit - also, it looks like Cleverley might be off to Everton rather than Villa. not a bad move for him if it happens - Martinez is arguably the manager that's got the best out of him previously.

hands off Falcao! he's ours!

it's an interesting bit of business, isn't it? there's still a few question marks over the deal. does this mean they suspect Van Persie will never be the same again when he comes back after his operation? but of course Falcao is coming back after a knee operation, and perhaps Monaco know a bit more about how well that went than we do, and were keen to offload because he himself isn't going to be the same player. or perhaps neither of these is the case, and the thinking is for him to cover RVP while he's recovering from the operation, and that when Van Persie's back we'll just have three amazing strikers, which isn't the worst problem in the world.

Well he was pretty bollocks last season even before his injury, you can see why they'd want rid of his vast wages when he's nearly 29.

He is sort of the ultra Hernandez though isn't he, even on his best days (but without the work rate or Inzaghi-esque offsides). Deadly in and around the box but everything else is a bit meh.

Sort the supply line to him though and he could be brilliant again.

Fuck me, We've never been so shit on the pitch before and yet I've never been so excited about our team! Cannot believe we've got Falcão, I think he's ace. We could win every game now just by getting di Maria to supply him :D

He's better than the current available strikeforce at Arsenal so he's a little better than shit. Would be nice for him to get some real games in.

Falcao is obviously a mental and unexpected signing, I just really want Blind confirmed!

Excellent our team now has two weeks to bed in and organise themselves in training now.

BUYALLTHESTRIKERS!

I wonder if Rooney is our new box-to-box midfielder now, just to shoehorn everyone in.

Woodward is clearly just buying all the big names now to show that he can, after the Fellaini debacle last season.

We're the new City.
