The old Man Utd Thread

I just feel you've got that magic at the moment! And if spurs best you I will be a miracle. I thus see you getting a goal, most likely a dodgy pen :(

There you go! Nothing dodgy about it though.

Fook me. Was just about to post about King. He's just a bit special. Training only once a week and walks into the side and looks outstanding. That shimmy to fool berba earlier was sublime. And then he bangs in a header.

Still see man u taking it, and even if it is a draw Chelsea still have a loss left in them...

Can't see anything else than a man u win today. Think you'll nick one then go onto win 3-1 or similar. Good luck, great end to the season!

Ahem.

Surprising the ref didn't add on an extra minute for Nani though. :(

Cracking finish by Nani, one touch to take it away form the defender so he can't tackle him and then a delightful chip. Was a nice ball from Macheda as well.

Shame we had to use up all the substitutes and Hargreaves couldn't come on though.

Hargreaves was on the bench purely to get him back in the mix with the squad and the matchday routine. He wouldn't have come on unless we were 6-0 up after 3 minutes. He might figure against Stoke, assuming we have the title won by then :(

Fairly pleased with that performance. We were well in control apart from the time between our opener and King's equaliser. Berbatov put in a great shift although he could have shown more composure in the box at times. Nani was excellent once he swapped wings. I keep saying he just can't play wide left. Then again, I've been calling for his head for two years before he became pure awesomeness, so he'll turn into the best left winger in the world overnight probably.

He probably has the ability to become a decent Ronaldo Lite. He even runs and dribbles in the same way.

You know what happens when you mess with that Sports Almenac Disciple!

How will Chelsea's back four line up against Stoke? Can they deal with the barrage of hoofs and long throws that will be sent their way? I imagine their only option is to play Ferreira/Belletti on the right, Alex and Ivanovic in the centre, and Zhirkov on the left, which actually sounds fairly solid to me. They'll probably be outmuscled in midfield, but their technical skill is good enough that they can play around Stoke. I don't give the visitors much of a chance.

Great to hear Nani did well. I'll look forward to watching this later.
