I'm interested to watch this, haven't seen Obertan play for the Reserves yet, and I think it will be the first time i've seen the twins play together for the 'first team'.

Yeah, I think they played together against Everton in the FA Cup but that is the only time I can remember. Unless we are going to play with three CB's and them as wing backs it looks like one of them will be going into midfield too. Either that or one of Evans, Brown or Neville is going to play CM.

With Anderson, 2 Da Silvas and Anderson De Silva on the pitch the commentary gets a tad confusing at times.

Not unexpected really, shame we've had to play so many long balls.

Well we started pretty well for the first 10-15 minutes but then we seemed to get complacent and started playing a little lazy. It seemed like after that, Danny and Kiko figured it would be easy and keep trying to grab all the goals themselves when a pass would be a better option. Defensively we've looked very shaky and don't seem to know what to do at corners. Kenobi's looked alright though.

Just as we couldn't predict the formation it seems that noone knows where they are supposed to be playing. Also we've been shocking at the back and got off lightly.

Obertan hasn't blown me Away, but there's time yet

In all fairness to Obertan he's been hacked down every time he's tried to run with the ball. Nice cross that Welbeck should have left for Owen too.

I must say that even though we lack any realy defensive steel in midfield you can see the difference between having players who are comfortable on the ball and players who aren't (cough Carrick cough).

I'm sure Carrick would be more than comfortable on the ball with this opposition.

Yeah if anything these kids are too comfortable on the ball because their inexperience makes them keep hold of it for longer. Carrick is an intelligent player who can stroke the ball around the pitch

Yeah, as I typed that he made an excellent stop. If he could sort his positioning out he'd be amazing, I reckon. What caused me to type that in the first place was another mildly panicky run-out-and-trot-back manoeuvre.
