And Fletcher is most definately not shit.

He could well have just been schitzing out because he fucked the chance. It looks a lot more dramatic in slow-motion. The Lucas thing... did he wave an imaginary card at the ref? I didn't see him do that, but if he did fuck the little snitch. If he just went to the ref and said this guy keeps fouling me, which he was the whole game, then he has a right to. The second yellow was issued for persistant fouling, the ref made that clear.

I cant mind who said it but apparently what Lucas was doing was slowing down when he knew the Bolton player was near him so he got ran into, apparently. And he didnt wave card about just made plenty sure the ref knew what the situation was.

Fletcher isnt shit, he's a defensive midfielder so shooting isnt his main deal but he's missed some proper sitters so far this season.

Fletcher usually puts the ball in the back of the net if it's a clear chance, especially with his head. He's not really a defensive midfielder either, for me he can play all across the midfield, but that's probably his best position for us. He can shoot, I can't explain why he's missing, except that I'd say we wouldn't be United if we didn't start the season being a little less than clinical.

Anyway just checking on our CL squad and Hargreaves has been selected for the squad but Tošić still isn't ready for first team football yet. Tbh I haven't been following his progress in the reserve team, does his ability stand out? :hat:

I still can't realy see him back before Christmas. Hes not even back in England till the end of the month, and he hasn't played in over a year. Look how long it took Neville to get match fit after his injuries (he still isn't realy).

Bloody hell that is mental. Assuming it is correct obviously but it wouldn't surprise me.

Tonight's game should be interesting, Modric being out is a massive, massive bonus, he would have caused are midfield god knows how many problems. The only worry for me is Lennon who has given Evra nightmares on a few occasions now. If King misses out too i'll be pretty confident of a win but with him it will be a lot harder.

Anyway, Modric missing aside, they aren't going to be easy to overcome, they still have Palacios and Krancjar alongside Lennon in mid-field. Then of course a Keane enabled Defoe is on fire. Like I said, we are going to need to kick up a couple of gears in form if we are going to get anything out of this I fear.

Man, Foster is shite. Why did he move towards the far side of the goal when Dafoe got the ball? He just always seems so nervous. Not the best quality to have if you're a keeper.
