Fred offers something different, he's less about screening the defence and more about stepping out actively to win the ball. Did that to great effect against Copenhagen a couple of times. He's not as good a passer as Matic I suppose. I think that can be remedied slightly by having Pogba sit a little deeper and having them kind of play as a double pivot. Then again Pogba will completely shit the bed sometimes when he has the ball in deep positions. I think Ole wants a more mobile prescence in front of the defence basically.
