I think John Moss uses @5R7's magic 8-ball when making decisions.  You can't say it was a clear and obvious error, Moss has judged that the Villa defender was responsible enough for the contact for it to be a penalty, so it stays a pen.

But Fernandes span into the Villa defender (and stamped on his foot to boot) - he didn't touch him.

I agree it's not a penalty. The defender's left leg catches Fernandes, but it's after the fact.

You'd have to ask the officials, it's an exercise in futility trying to second guess the Premier League officials decision making.

and the ball clearly hit baileys shoulder last week, not his arm....swings and roundabouts with VAR init...i mean...its not supposed to be, but it is!

Such a game changer. At 18. Jesus

I am most certainly not a United fan <shudders>, but this kid is something special and great for England's future.

I still think it's a bit pointless to buy Sancho just for him to sit on the bench and watch Greenwood bang in the goals week after week.

We need depth if we want titles.

We can't play Rashford, Martial and Greenwood every single game. At the moment our backups/rotations are Mata, James and Lingard (ignoring our on loan striker). That isn't good!
