I agree it's not a penalty. The defender's left leg catches Fernandes, but it's after the fact. 

 

You'd have to ask the officials, it's an exercise in futility trying to second guess the Premier League officials decision making.

I still think it's a bit pointless to buy Sancho just for him to sit on the bench and watch Greenwood bang in the goals week after week.

..i have had this exact same thing happen too lol, well, actually, sancho got injured in the first game, for 6 months, he didnt get back in the team!
