Dat Bailly block!

On reflection, I think this was my favorite moment of the match.  Not just the block, which was brilliant, but the reaction to it, with Bailly's teammates celebrating it like a goal, and Bailly himself looking really pleased.

Bailly was incredibly unlucky with his injury.  If you remember, his latest injury occurred when playing on when the game should have been stopped for an obvious offside.  The linesman kept his flag down as he was waiting for VAR to make the decision for him.

My favourite moments where when we had corners and Bailly would do his little twerky dance thing to shield Maguire before the ball is crossed in

Next game he'll do something stupid and remind us why he's a bit rubbish.

Don’t take tonight’s performance away from him though, he was excellent:

Raiola.

I’d put up with his shit to have Haaland playing for us.

Although I wonder how long it’ll be before he unsettles him at Dortmund and starts having weird twitter rants about their manager!

Yep. He’s obviously talented, but as a striker he comes across as lethargic and tactically unaware. His positioning needs constant attention and he’s always getting shouted at from the bench. I don’t really know how we could get the best out of him, or whether he’s even right for us. He definitely doesn’t look happy or bothered though.

Williams doesn't seem to be having a good game. I don't think that's down to him though - he did well in a functional. auxiliary wing-back role against Chelsea, but Brugge are letting us have the ball. So he's in the same position, but it's not really the same role. He's not suddenly going to become an attacking midfielder.
