Bringing on a youth player with 30 seconds left seems mean.

Nah it's ideal. Give them a sense of what it's like to come on at Old Trafford, so next time it doesn't seem like such a big deal. A touch of the ball, a good bit of defensive work, anything like that is just a bonus. You don't want to be giving a young player their debut when the game is still in the balance.

Only 5 points off Spurs, who aren’t looking too clever at the moment. I’m still not convinced we’ll get top 4, but we just have to keep winning and hope Spurs and Arsenal drop points.

I’d just like to quote this idiot and say we’re now 1 point above Arsenal and only 3 points off Spurs, meaning we could easily make 3rd place if we keep this up. Such negativity.

Christ that was a tense game! Amazing goals all round. Thought Dalot was incredible when he came on, completely changed the energy of the team. Sanchez getting injured must be a blessing more than a curse. Big Rom is on fire again which is perfect timing. Only disappointment for me was Pogba’s performance, thought he was pretty anonymous until the penalty miss - should’ve given Lulaku a chance for a hattrick surely?!

3rd - 6th is incredibly congested, particularly when you consider Chelsea have two games in hand now.

This game had better be first on MOTD.

The game wasn't quite over, and I don't think Lukaku is particularly known for his spot kicks. Made sense to stick with the agreed penalty taker. Miss aside, I thought he put in a good performance - he was the only senior player in a much changed midfield, and so he was basically being asked to do a bit of everything. With Matic and Herrera playing, he can concentrate much more on how to hurt the opposition.

Obviously have a deep fondness for Ole, but this seems like a pretty careless appointment to me. He could quickly find himself way out of his depth dealing with egos like Pogba on top of trying to restore some positivity and style. There is PLENTY of season left and a steady, experienced hand would have been wiser in the interim perhaps. If people think things can't be worse than under misery Mourinho then they are in for a shock I think.

That said I look forward to eating these words if we go on a monster winning streak!

Ole's at the wheel, tell me how good does it feel? :P

Once again happy to be completely wrong! I should go back to venturing no opinion, I am almost always wrong!

Dont worry, no one saw it coming :D

I'm really curious about Wednesday, we didn't look good the last time but our defense has really improved since then :omg:

I can’t see us getting anything out of Wednesday really. Too many players out injured and Pogba suspended. It’d be a mountain to climb with all our key players fit.

Saying that, they’ve got nothing to lose though, so they should just go for it and see what happens. I wouldn’t mind if we went out at this stage though, there’s always next year, if we get in, plus that leaves us to concentrate on the league.
