The old Man Utd Thread

Looks like Fellaini is off to China for 10 million. While we can't be too sad to see him go he did always put in a shift and scored some quite important goals with that big head of hair (RIP).

Ro Shaun Williams has also left for Shrewsbury. 20 years old and with 6 months left on his contract he obviously didn't feel he was going to get much game time here with our plethora of not very good centre backs. Bit of a shame as he would always come good in FM

I'm looking at reading Sir Alex's autobiography, and I figured this is likely the best place to ask - am I best served sticking with his newer one, or is there a lot of stuff in the first that doesn't get covered again making it worthwhile reading both?

Might as well ask this as well, are there any other United autobiographies worth reading? As a Liverpool fan, I've read plenty of shit ones that would only ever appeal to Liverpool fans, yet I imagine Carragher's and Hamann's would appeal to a wider audience - no doubt you lot have a few as well.

Cheers!

Announcing a new contract for Martial on the day Fellaini says goodbye feels like the true end to an incredibly horrible era. Fellaini himself doesn’t deserve any hate for being the player he is, the managers who relied on him to salvage something out of their shitshows do.

I'd recommend this one.
