I feel like the point of keeping the ball and being defensively solid is to let players like Memphis take risks and try to make things happen. If they don't come off, you have a platform that can cope with that. Sure he may not always make the right decision, but he undeniably causes defences problems when he is playing with confidence.

Rashford and Varela both get a start today and we have Rojo and De Gea back. Carrick and Blind in the CB pairing with Riley, Fosu-Mensah, Weir and Pereira on the bench today.

 

Arsenal, who are at full strength, should win this quite comfortably given that we've 14 first team players out injured. But good to see the young lads getting an opportunity.

 

I'd take a draw at this stage. But hoping for a win obviously, maybe Memphis takes the form from the last game into this one.
