That's not a cake, i's just a shitload of icing with a little bit of cake underneath.

Wor Lass made a couple of cakes a few years ago that were much better than that (in my honest opinion). They were a castle and a train, and proper cakes.

Pretty much my reaction.

"That's not a cake, it's an edible sculpture."

Still pretty cool but I don't actually think they would taste very nice - I find that sugary icing to be just a bit too sweet.

That's really lovely.

What a great present :D It's very clever - take a picture with a light on it so we can see it a little brighter. Oh.... You'll have eaten it by now, of course.

Does he make cakes for a living?

The Mario and Kart still exist because I don't fancy eating that much fondant icing in one go.... so I'll take some more photos. No he doesn't make crazy cakes for a living but he does enjoy it.

Want :D

There's a cake shop around the corner from me that does the same sort of thing. They've had a full Cinderella castle in the window for a while now. Turrets, drawbridge and everything. It's a good metre tall and taunts me everyday with it's sugary goodness.
