I don't think it's that far out still. I'd probably agree that the armour and the health regen combined make it too powerful, especially when you add on all the factors. Maybe you should be able to spec armour or regen, Duration or homing. At present, you can have all of those, and the total is devastating.

Having said that, I'd argue that this week's Iron Banner showed Hammer bros getting shut down a lot more often and effectively, and I was in many games where you'd hear the hammer pop, look in the activity feed to see whose hammer it was, and not see any kills come up.

I'd leave perks unchanged but reduce agility on activation and have the bar deplete when you move. The problem I have with Sunbreakers at the moment is that activation isn't a decision; you can pop it anywhere and still get a couple of kills on all but the biggest maps. If a Titan has super and gets into the right position to shell the enemy's heavy ammo at the right time, that should be rewarded. But they shouldn't be able to pop it at their own heavy, skate off to the other one and throw enough hammers to kill the entire team. There needs to be a choice, and a chance of complete failure if you get it wrong.

I finally levelled up my Titan this week (very much my third choice) & experienced the Sunbreaker from the other side after having spent a month running like hell every time I heard that ominous 'clang'. Such a ridiculously OP super in PvP, it's laughable. How on Earth they came through testing I will never know, unless Bungie wanted to give Titan players a bit of fun for a little while after being the worst PvP class for Year 1. Easily fixable though.

How so?

Did you report them?

Was it trials?

"Shaping" their connection. 3 of them on a fireteam,

Always

Nah just daily.

Still had fun ultimately as I found out you can run people over with speeders :P

Then did the Nightfall at got a 294 AutoRifle :(

So popeed onto crucilbe last night , which I hardly ever do, but since I had spent hours on IB I thought I would give it a go. And it was like I had been through a training montage . I was an absolute beast.

Also got a 310 Graviton from a three of coins, which takes me to 309. Woo

So salty.

It does hurt the game that I'm not very good at pvp and still about 50% of the time my first thought on dying is "Cheating fucker". I'm sure there's an element of human nature / me being a bad loser in there, but it seems nearly every game has someone with a bad connection at the top of the scoring.

My favorite PvP moment was in trials with SuperMBO.

Me: "Damn. This guy is cheating"

SMBO: "Stop being so salty they're probably just better than us"

**Rounds corner and sees me shotgunning a stationary target in the head with no effect

SMBO: "Oh he is cheating"

Our trials team is so supportive

Fuck off Fears Embrace Solo!

I don't even know why that's popped up but at 300 light it's still too much for me to handle as a hunter.

Get a high impact sniper and hide in the tunnel bit accessible from the, er, upper dome bit. I hope that makes sense. Being a bladedancer specced for invisibility also helped me do that, as I could run out and take out the blights quickly when necessary.

Hilted to Fuck!

Just played a couple of games of zone control.

We won both.

I was doing my crucible part of my sword quest... I only used the hilt...

I came second in the 1st game and 1st in the second!!!

Well full disclosure I was invisible for most of those games and I completed the quest halfway through the second game and, well, Invective is a beast.

KF challenges start next month:

Harder Mode

If youve slain Oryx, and then slain him again, youve likely heard some chatter about the upcoming challenges for Kings Fall. As always, we plan to keep many Raid-relevant details shrouded in darkness, but today, the Raid Team is ready to cast a sliver of light on the subject.

Please welcome Lead Raid Designer Gavin Irby back to the Weekly Update. The last time he stopped by, it was to talk about Hard Mode. This time, hes here to issue to you a new challenge.

Gavin: Hello again, my fellow Raiders! I wanted to give you a heads-up on an upcoming feature for the Kings Fall Raid: Challenge Modes!

Early in December, one of the Kings Fall bosses will offer their challenge each week. Youll see which boss when you select the Raid in the Director. It will display next to a skull, just like one of our Nightfall modifiers. They work on both normal and hard mode, and offer rewards to match.

Each bosss challenge requires that you defeat them in a very specific manner. How, exactly? Were going to leave that up to you to discover (but apologies in advance to those that run the single-pool strat for Golgoroth).

I remember running VoG hard back with Spatular and a few others, and something buggy happened that made it harder to kill one of the bosses (I forget which, it was a while back), and I just randomly said "this must be a new difficulty - hard-er mode".

No mention of rewards. I wonder if they're so bad they dont want people to know before running them
