How long did it take you to get that far?

To the daughters? hmm about 2 hours, but that was with a fag break or two, plus we went for the chest where the wall piston things are. Also my son deliberately jumping into me to prevent me from jumping up to the ledge in the round room just before the sisters took up a few moments.

Aye, i picked that gun too, bloody bought the new monarchy one on monday for crucible but that looks better.

Thought the pulse with full auto, head seeker and high impact would be good for crucible, but I just dont get on with them no matter how good on paper it looks.

Not throwing Nirwens mercy in with the full autos with head seeker, so ye' know.

I agree with LeChuck at this point, especially with Fallout 4.

To top it off Monday nights raid was a joke - Warpriest was a massive piss take with bugs aplenty. Never seen anything like it happen before on that boss. The plates being activated in the correct order only for the aura to never appear, or if it did, after about a minute, and by then it only had a few seconds left so the guy died before he could shoot any adds. I checked Bungies forum and no-one else seems to have experienced it, which is kinda odd.

We got him in the end, but it was only after wiping to that bullshit and then going to orbit multiple times (only for it to still happen btw). Its things like that that put people off Crota's End raid.

To me it feels like their system is deliberately stalling progression for many to try and keep people playing up to and beyond Xmas.

The game needs something g significant to keep me interested now. I'm happy to raid once a week, but now it really is just once a week. I've got almost all the gear I could want.

Impossible, its smart as fuck loot, bungie said almost that exact same thing, i mean, i got 3 shotties in 2 runs last week, clever wee loot system.

That sounds more like someone's connection playing up rather than actual bugs. Try changing host when you start a new instance.

Everyone's connection was green though. There was no sign of lag - mobs behaved fine, it was only that bug. Like I said, never seen that happen before, and we've had people with bad connections host before on Warpriest and the plates worked fine.

Fuck me Elimination with randoms is an exercise in frustration.

So many times as soon as a map loaded someone would leave our team.

Also I'm shite... But Christ I thought people would come in and at least revive each other.

Randoms just running past allied orbs and into a hail of bullets.

Also no comms is a joke for this mode.

Yeah, I've backed off significantly just because the general grind, content drought, the stinginess in upgrading decent gear and a plethora of crucible-based quests that I have no interest in completing. I'm not getting Falloutnfor a little while. I have a pile of shame to work through.

Looking forward to a HM raid tonight with the team though.

Destiny is still fun but If I can be a casual, occasional destiny player just in it for the pure joy of the shooting and social aspects I think that might be more fun than the relentless guilt I feel when I can't play it the way Bungie dictates.

I think they really need to do something with iron banner, there is no real attraction going for 280 weapons and armour (well, 290 probably now with the plus 10 on everything).

I only did it to get the dug coat, then thought fuck it, might as well get that pulse as well.

After the wait for armsday I've done Sunless Cell 300 and finally got my exotic flame sword.

Felt bad for the one guy who had void though, and for some reason Destiny players don't show up in Recent Players so I couldn't message him.

Ha exact same thing happened to me on Sunday! Hope it wasn't the same guy. You can see who you've played with via recent games on the app

Any chance I can grab a checkpoint off you before you start?

Apologies that it was at the Totems and not the War Priest. Hopefully you had a good run and nailed them quickly.

The drops are starting to get really bad for me. In 3 weeks of hard runs up to the sisters/oryx I've now gone with nothing dropping except for a couple of ghosts...only one of which was higher (by 1 point) than my existing one. I've been 305/6 for an eternity now.
