So format switch complete - 18gb patch downloaded (in 30 mins no less) and I've joined the PS4 legion from the PS3 wilderness.

So would be nice to actually be able to play with y'all now - PSN dreamlildreams

Looking to set up a newbies raid as (whisper it I've never raided at all before), will probably get a thread set up in online post 10pm this weekend perhaps (some shepaing would probably be appreciated)?

I also have the arc legendary sword strike to do still if anyone else does?

Rather impressed with the Vita remote play - only pootled around the Dreadnaught so far to give Zhalo a go but it works really well

Looks like the Mercury chest for Trials gives out 320 legendaries and 310 exotics.

Have you got to Mercury this time around? Its supposed to be much harder according to what I've read.

Also, are drops after each match 300+ or just totally random like Iron Banner?

Any particular recommendations for legendary marks (for a Warlock if it matters). I've got a Hung Jury and made my speeder purple. Bought some IB stuff when it was up (but trials won't be like that right?)

I'm about to hit a cap so though I might as before I spent on mats (or exotics to turn into shards)

And another question 3 of Coins on raid bosses? That's a chance for an extra exotic to drop right? It won't replace a raid drop?

The Dead Orbit shotgun is really good.

Seems people are cheating again in Trials, lagswitching and also ddos'ing people. Bungie actively banning.

Also read that the drops are sub 310 from wins, and 310+ only from the lighthouse. Same light level problem as in the raid, so no guaranteed 320 stuff.

I got another 308.

And thanks to the raid team tonight that let the wean play as the 6th man... Also apologies for not realising that when you are on platform 1 at oryx that both of you on that platform get taken... I panicked and went off on the final platform jump run having never done them at that stage before.

That's not quite what happened. For platform 1, it's the first to get on that gets taken. You were just a little too eager and got on there before me, so you were torn instead of me. Still, you jumped like a pro, and we got it done. :hat:

Going to start a Normal mode oryx in the next 30 mins PS4, got someone new in so need to explain all the encounters, if anybody wishes to join there is 2 spaces left.

Could be an opportunity for someone who hasnt done it before to join in or if anyone is needing to get it done.
