Xur is by the speaker.

Legacy Heavy engram

Immolation Fists (Titan)

Celestial Nighthawk

Heart Of The Praxic Fire

Helmet engram

Excellent, just the arms I've been waiting for!

Shame I have to give up my Insurmountable Skullfort though. Oh well, one for Crucible, one for PvE. Works out well.

started a rumble match earlier for my crucible quest and ran into 5 imbeciles smacking each other over and over with sword hilts. So my FYPD badge came out and I promptly stopped all that hooliganism. Fun was enforced!

I'm up to the 5 x elimination wins part on that Shaxx quest line. It's so shit playing with randoms, when they all go off and do their own thing and not bother to revive downed team mates ????

Do you think Trials will count towards it?

Sorry Noob questions - so PvP kills can now drop loot during the IB event? Or is it only in certain playlists during the event?

I'm terrible as "normalised" PvP so where gear level etc matters I think I'll be an even bigger liability

This stupid game has really got it's hooks into me now :(

1. They have increased the drop rate, but its still on the screen after the battle, not during the game.

2. Yes you probably will.

3. Yes it does that.

Its part of the quest line for the exotic sword. I had to wait for Armsday for the last but one part, as Cassoid Foundries only deliver materials on that day supposedly.

Apparently you can skip a few Crucible parts of the sword quest if you have an exotic sword already on one of your characters. Do the chain for the sword until you get one on an another character, then give that sword to the one that has done the exotic quest line. Have him level the sword up to 280 etc and Shaxx is supposed to give you the new exotic quest for that sword.

Not tried it myself but might be worth a go as you dont have to get the crucible kills part doing it this way according to what I've read.

So exotic engrams from Xur - now I'm 300 can these decrypt to 310 light or is it just ones you find in the wild that can do that?

I'm going to be spamming them later for a 310 one so I'll let you know! I would expect them to work the same as any other one though.

Sorry for the noobish question but is there a restriction to the amount of Legendary marks you can acquire. I was doing some PvP and wasn't being paid which was odd because they were listed on the game selection. Cheers

You only get them once per day from the daily crucible match.

You people and your 300+ light, haven't even need on a raid yet. The problem with working late Thursday and Friday I guess. I don't know if there are any people left who are interested in setting up a group for the weekends, Saturday and Sunday? I will probably make a post in online later, just wondering if any expressions of interest?

Regarding nightfall, absolutely not worth the effort now. With exotics now having two tiers based on light level, and still having a range of terrible rewards it just isn't worth the effort.

I am very interested in what level Banner and Osiris stuff drops at. Again not much point if it is all sub 300 stuff.

You can hold a maximum of 200 but you're not limited to the amount you can earn per week.

I'd be up for Sunday night for sure and can bring at least one other.

What are people's thoughts on CoO? I like the concept of runes and different tiers but have to say I'm finding the battles themselves a little tedious.

I'd really like to understand what's happening with PoE rewards. I enjoyed playing PoE but keys, cores and etheric light seem useless now unless I have missed something.

I love the Court, absolutely manic when you get enough people in there & a really good example of how the game can shine even when just playing with a load of randoms.

Plus it rains engrams in there, which is never a bad thing.

I just did that, I got to 3 with comms and fire team and got the other 2 with randoms - in fact I won the last game with a rocket that downed 2 of them as one of their rockets got me, bloody hell that was a tense match but amazing fun!

I would offer to help you but I'm on at odd times and not likely to get on much over the weekend.

Level 1 is pointless - I say that in terms of a challenge, the loot can be good!

Level 2 is fun - again good loop, not really a challenge tho.

Level 3 is great - smashing mini rota with the same music playing was great fun, its a challenge and you need a good fire team and others if poss.

Overall I quite like it, its a good distraction and offers a challenge but doesn't take much time.

I am forever 299 at the moment, Raid squad is preparing for next week - tres excited!

Gratz on downing Oryx, chaps. We're not quite able to yet. (Pls no spoilers.)

We might if we were able to get together and play more than one night a week! :quote:

Aye, congrats on the completion lads. Must admit I'm slightly envious - if for no other reason than the self-imposed exile from half the internet for fear of raid spoilers is starting to grate a little now. I'd rather like to get it over with fairly soon.

True, except for last week's Tier 3. Cue people just running up to Crota and getting smashed / downing him before the swordbearer spawned / picking up the sword and killing adds with it.

You were never going to get 310 off it. Should've held off until you had something in between.

Got the arc sword on my Titan earlier and slung it over to the Warlock to get the exotic quest and skip the crucible step. Means getting 500 kills with Stormcaller abilities and fuck about it is so much easier than the Sunsinger one I did first. Melee kill restores grenade energy, grenade kill restores melee energy. Did 20 per cent of it in about ten minutes. Beautiful.

Can anyone help. In the court of Oryx where you use those runes to summon the bosses, how do you kill the ones with sheilds? I know on some, you need to kill the other enemies, but there was a few where i just couldnt bring their sheilds down to damage them.

For the ogre with shields you need to take his shield down by using cursed thrall explosions next to him.

For the 2 knights you have to get them close together and their shields drop when in a certain range.

Finally got a T3 rune from Eris. I think my inventory was full last time I ranked up, and I didn't get one. Didn't go to the mail either, so keep an eye on your left side inventory space before getting a reputation package from her in future.

I made sure I had at least 5 slots free (all the bottom row empty) before I picked up the package this time, and had a lot of items from it. Was worried I'd have to level up one of my alts quick before the end of the week to grab the calcified fragment.
