Has anyone who ordered from simply not received their copy yet? Mine was dispatched Thursday (as was my brothers) and neither have turned up yet

Mine has not turned up, got a text to say it was dispatched on Wednesday , then when I phoned up chasing it, was told it was dispatched on Friday.

Really do hope it turns up today .

EDIT : Just noticed I made the above post with just 60 seconds to launch ... Breaks down and begins to cry at missing out on launch time adventures.

strange they would text saying it's dispatched and it hadn't! I got a text on Thursday and didn't think to call as they have never missed a release date. I'm assuming if I buy it on psn today then I can just return the simply copy and get a refund?

It's seriously easy to level up. Just retrieved about 6 or 7 public event packages and all the various new bits and I'm just shy of 36. Not fired a single gun yet.

No, they turned into commendations. Legendary marks you need to start from scratch.

That shot was taken before i had opened all my packages. All 3 characters are around 205-215, which for Day 1 is good going. Even better, i have 6 Legendary weapons already.

For anyone who's played them, what are the new story levels like? Are they an improvement on the ones in the base game, or is it the same old waiting for Ghost to scan something, except this time with cutscenes?

One and a half missions in and it is amazing, the Taken really are a great enemy to fight, I love what they have done with the base enemies.

Also the story already feels so much better.

Nightstalker story was cool, intro mission is a bit metroid with scanning, I like it

I am torn between Hawkmoon, Suros and Bad Juju.

One of those two I think. I'm loving my fully upgraded Bad JuJu right now, such a fun weapon to use. Also, I got the Vanguard Weapons Pack in my copy of TTK from amazon, I wasn't expecting that. Happy days.
