Is anyone having problems with redeeming the Red Bull codes?

a mate sorted one out for me at the weekend using the generator, which I assume you are using? Aparently if you get one that 'requires further validation' it's not going to work - you just keep trying until you get one that goes through - it was his third attempt that worked for what it's worth.

The EBay seller is more than likely using a generator!!

Hah, yeah. I feel like a right muppet now.

I was going to be nice and all and share the 10 codes I bought for 4 quid. Well, I shall not be playing Santa for you lot then :blah: Generate your codes you cheap pricks.

And you could buy one for 99p.

If it's not a UK promotion, does it really matter if people here are using a generator? If you buy one off eBay, it seems unlikely the money would go to Red Bull anyway.

The only issue in my eyes is if you happen to generate a code that's on a can that someone in the future may try and use and will not be able to which forces them to send a picture of the can to RedBull to redeem.

From the Red Bull Quest website.

Focused Light is a one-time consumable Bonus XP buff which increases all experience gain by 50% for a period of 30 minutes. Each specially marked can includes a code. Multiple codes can be redeemed but one code can be used at a time. Once Redeemed, Focused Light appears as an in-game message at the Postmaster vendor. Please ensure you have free Postmaster slots before redeeming multiple codes to avoid losing Postmaster items.

This epic, new quest is a never-before-seen, multi-stage mission in The Taken King that will test the speed and strategic abilities of Destiny players in new ways. Quest only needs to be unlocked once per account. This content requires purchase of The Taken King on the Destiny account on which it is redeemed.

If the current speed of levelling is anything to go by, you'll get from 36 - 40 in about two hours, so I doubt that many people will have trouble getting to level 40 by Friday.

That said, focused light might be useful for levelling up guns and armour.

Hmm that Destiny video site doesnt ever want to go past 25% for me. I'm using Firefox if that means anything. Tried ctrl+refresh but still wont go past 25% :(

Edit: Nvm, seems its getting completely hammered. Tried various browsers and it always gets stuck at 25%
