Ok so I just got a couple more Strange Coins. (23)

Should I get No Land Beyond?

Or should I save my coins for next week?

No Land Beyond is the most niche weapon in the game, really only useful for ninja snipers in PvP. Save your coins for next week as Xûr will likely be selling some new gear.

Yes.

Get that Titan up to 34 first though. Super-Easy.

Should take you about an hour.

Go on patrol with all the appropriate bounties and you should be all set.

Bah, my Simply Games order lacks Vanguard and Suros DLC also. Boo! Though apparently there's some debate because Bungie believe Suros is a worldwide, non-exclusive preorder bonus and Game have clearly been given exclusive UK rights to it from Activision.

UK digital version comes with Suros too

There seems to be some confusion over it all, as Deej replied to the reddit thread when Gamestop was trying this nonsense and told everyone that was a lie etc. Yet Cozmo is telling us that only retailers who have participated will get it.

Out of interest, has anyone got the Suros stuff as a code to enter? Is the Suros stuff a code, or just added by default when you enter the TTK code/pre-ordered digitally? Has anyone pre-ordered with Game?

If retail copies don't contain the Suros pack unless they're purchased from Game, that's shoddy in the extreme. The pack was advertised within the standard promotion for the Legendary disc edition, and I don't think there's any ambiguity in the blurb from Activision that did so:

Early access to Suros Arsenal Pack is available starting 09.15.15. Suros Arsenal Pack can be attained by pre-order of digital and physical editions of Destiny: The Taken King or by the purchase of the digital or physical Collector’s Edition. Suros Arsenal Pack can also be attained through gameplay starting on 01.01.16. Suros Arsenal Pack is not exclusive to any retailer or platform. Subject to availability.

'Subject to availability' doesn't get them out of this one. I'd be wanting a refund if the product isn't as advertised. The problem is, what do you then do if you still want the product?

Activision/Bungie should be hounded until they provide the pack for everyone. Hopefully some bloggers and websites will pick up on it and add it to the list of recent marketing shit they've pulled, and they'll have to respond positively. They really do have some nasty little business practices. (Assuming, of course, this 'Game exclusivity' stuff sticks - but the latest responses in that thread indicate that it might.)

I guess we have to wait and see on Tuesday when we enter the code to get TTK. Problem with that of course, is that entering that code means you cant send the thing back and ask for a refund when you discover there is no Suros pack included :(

Its a separate pre-load/download on PSN.

Not sure if that helps or muddies the waters further. lol!
