First round: Hard bastard Vex Minotaur

Second round: Cabal

Third round: Fallen with Servitor boss

Fourth round: Cocking Vex with target to kill

Fifth round: Vex again I believe

I went back on POE 32 Quodron and it's easy now. We had a great tactic where you don't even use the Galahorn or Ward of dawn.

Go to the right at the start behind the rocks, 2 men kill the ads and find the special hob goblin (called eye or quodron I think) this gives you a 30 sec buff to kill bubble instantly.

The spare man just ice breakers the boss crouched behind the rocks the whole time, it really doesn't take long. We did it in a couple of goes.

If the ads get a bit quiet then all 3 can spend a minute blasting him. When he is about the set a detainment shield around you, make sure all 3 of you are bunched together.

The hardest part about the whole POE 32 was the first level.

I will be honest, my biggest priority is iron banner this week, & if I can knock out some 32/34s later on in the week, thats all the better, etheric light man, 6 of em up for grabs.Might only go for the three though depending on how big the buff is on the other characters.

We did attempt the right hand side one, but dont think we utilised the hunter, probably best for finding that silvery yella bastard.

Another screwing over in the Nightfall last night. Jumped on for a quick run through, when I was joined by some random I ran a previous NF with from a lfg site.

It's always the same six over and over on IB, isn't it? (Though they change slightly each time IB is run.) That's why it's always worth making sure you get all of the ones you can do it one day done, just so you can do them again the next...

Thanks to that utter utter cunt Qodron and his stupid shitty shield, my first foray into IB was delayed until midnight. Bloody good fun was had though. Got up to level 1.7ish and got a fair number of kills, something which doesn’t usually happen. Will definitely grind this out for the etheric light.

I’m assuming it gets harder throughout the week though right? With the more casual/curious dropping out with the l33t to be left behind? Although I guess the real PvP nutters will be running trials over the weekend.

Be good to get in a team tonight if anyone is around.

The silvery yellow guy just came to us every time and he's an easy kill.

Took us an hour last night to kill Quodron. Most of that was sat waiting for my bubble to replenish. We actually killed him twice, but the first time he died just as a containment shield popped up on us and we died before the mission complete screen ????

From an evening in the IB it's good to see that the crucible drops are much improved since the HoW update.

Picked up 4 legendary weapons in an evening session.

I was having all sorts of lag and issues in IB last night. Incredibly annoying as I was chasing bounties and missed a couple. At one point my Mythocast stopped firing rounds and started making noises like a normal Fusion Rifle!

Yeah I had a few issues with medallions and rep taking ages to register and in one game didn't register at all.

Hopefully just day 1 issues, though it seemed a lot busier and the standards were higher than I've seen previously.

Depends on your point of view.

The buffs increase and so progression, assuming you are winning, is better.

My last IB a few weeks back was absymal, hopefully this week will be better.

I'm liking the fact you get the gunsmith to re-roll your weapons now. I had two attempts at changing up 'The Fear' (the legendary FWC rocket launcher, which I got in a drop), and went from a Solar build with increased ammo pickup distance and a third shell in the tube (so, a bit meh) to an Arc build with Tracking and Grenadier. Lovely stuff.

Considering I already had heavy weapons for Void (an MG) and Solar (Gjallarhorn), and my only other Arc weapon is the Vestian Dynasty, that's worked out rather well, I think...

Also - more homing missiles.

I had the same issue with Heavy machine gun...wouldnt fire, then started to shoot & the noise was just weird.

It was the most severe issue, but in general I think things were really ropey. The standard was definitely higher than usual, but I was struggling to get to a tenth of my normal range of scores in control and IB, 400 rather than 4000 is more than just an off evening....I hope.

The only reason people used that is because of how tedious it was, bungie clearly saw how punishing this boss fight was and patched it, the following is from the patchnotes.

• Damage caused by Qodron’s Gaze is reduced by 25%
• Damage multiplier for the Jailbreaker buff increased by 100%

So not only is it only level 32 this week, it's a hell of a lot easier.

Not easier though when you didn't have the correct tictacs doon, like the ones Baring said, we were getting in the right position, but at the time we thought we had to rely on that bubble that takes 30 minutes to recharge (or whatever it is). Anyway, me and the wean had more fun in Iron Banner, Baring perservered with another team of masochists.

Got to rank 2 in IB last night on my Warlock with Gong and few of his mates. Read up on the rep buff for alts afterwards, and didn't find much other than you get nothing for rank 1. Played my titan and got 5 medallions, then won one and went to 563/1200 in rank 1 straight away. Few more wins and I was rank 2.

Seems it starts to kick in at rank 2 upwards for any of your other characters.

This. I wish this was in the game, more so than weapon rerolling to be honest.
