I'm making excuses to buy the hunter chestpiece as it looks so ace!

Do you already have an exotice chestpiece? Because if you end up with raid gear for everything minus chest it is quite the backup. plan to get to 30, that's what I have done with my Titan.

No I don't the only thing I have for my hunter is the Knucklehead radar helmet. So I might as well get the chestpiece.

Thanks I've no idea then how I'm going to get up to level 30. I can see a possible upgrade to 29 when I have max-levelled my helmet, arms & legs that will give me 111 light points but how do I get to 120 for lvl 30?

Legendary Armor found inside the Vault of Glass can give a maximum of 30 Light. If a player has four pieces of Raid Legendary Armor or three pieces and one Exotic piece of armor, they can reach a total of 120 Light, hitting level 30.

The raid helmet only drops on hard, so to reach 30 before then you'll need an exotic helmet and the raid gauntlets, chest and leg armour.

Nothing wrong with levelling up chest armour though, it's certainly my favourite for changing your character's aesthetic. Hoping one day to get the raid helm so I can use my swanky exotic chest pieces!

Did the Weekly Strike with funtimedave and lordscotland at lunch, for my additional three coins. It was tough! We struggled through, and now I own a Suros Regime. Also, I levelled up the Cryptarch and he gave me a legendary engram, so I also gained enough Shards to push me over into lvl 28.

So that was nice.

Sorry, jon_cybernet. I am the worst. Inviting you then joining other people is probably the worst of all crimes.

I am now a lvl 28 Titan, with both subclasses fully levelled. I have a Suros Regime (with no upgrades), and a legendary Scout and Hand Cannon (plus a Shadow Price) all mid-levelling. Plus, I have a legendary Solar sniper and the Truth exotic rocket launcher. I feel Raid-ready. Blue rarity fusion rifles in each colour, and machine guns and rocket launchers.

Next week for that though! Won't be getting any gaming done this weekend.

You won't regret it, man.

I regularly finish second in Crucible behind another guy in my clan. The big difference between us? He uses a Suros where I've been rockin' a Shadow Price. I'm hoping to push him hard now I can finally play on the same level.

S'gonna be a fun weekend's Destiny-ing. :sealclap:

If you're doing Bad Ju Ju soong, it's 10k points as has been said. It goes surprisingly quickly. I'm doing it too and had 1.5k points after 2 games of control and I'm terrible at PvP.

Ah good stuff! Am relieved about that.

Is it the last bounty before getting the weapon?

I didn't know that about the helmet so thanks, I shall be raiding on a mixture of hard and normal so what I need is chest armour and helmet armour from the raid as I already have gauntlets and boots, I do however have exotic helmet and exotic chest so whichever I come accross first in the raid (helmet or chest) I am 100% able to reach 30.

It is, yes. After that is the long arduous task of levelling it up to become something usable ;)

You can also dismantle it for it to become something usable.

I was chatting to Skittlewood and Dalvado about Bad Juju the other day, trying to explain just how bad it is. Before I got it, I was happily married and had a decent job. As soon as I'd completed the Juju bounty, my wife left me, I lost my job and my foot dropped off. And it gave me an ingrown penis. That's how shite it is.

I've got no chance of getting Red Death, and I really want an exotic pulse rifle, so I'll bank it for my alt to level. PLus there is the slim chance that Bungie will be improving it like they've said they will so it won't be going to the knackers yard just yet!
