Made 28 last night and upgraded my auto, I went in the raid solo to check the damage and the increase was astonishing, before i was nearly using a full clip into the vex and struggling against the minotaurs(p things) But last night I never came close to death and was caining them.

I'm defo ready for a raid and to cause some damage now. Nothing much else for me to do apart from get the raid gear.

This is the first time in proper excited for xur, I've saved all my motes and coins should be able to get something decent.

Pretty disappointed its Suros Regime again, didn't think they would repeat the guns as quick as they do armour since there is loads, was hoping for Patience and Time.

In our Raid attempt yesterday, one of the players got 'Patience & Time' from a chest. Lucky Git !!

I'm an auto rifle kind of guy though, "Just shoot & pray"

This week Destiny has been kind to me. Praedrth's Revenge and Hawkmoon (I love Hand Cannons for PvE) from the raid, and now Suros from coins.

Leveling them all will be a pain though...

So after upgrading my shadow auto rifle I should now just but the Suros? Is it that much better?

It's slower firing but does more damage. It is a good option for PvP if you hit your headshots.

For PvE, it depends if you have a legendary secondary. Your upgraded shadow price still packs a punch.

I'm going to try and see how far I can level it up this evening before our raid meetup to see if I can swap it out for my Scout Rifle.

would any helpful people on PSN like to help me do the weekly on 26 or 28 (i'm 28) so we can nab 3 strange coins?

can be around most times today/early evening?

I'll be on around 7 and we can rush through the 26 one if you still haven't done it :)

Suros is lovely but I can't justify the coin cost and time and mats to upgrade it as I have a fully levelled shadow price.

Looks like another week of no toys from xur. Come on mate a shadow damage machine gun or rocket launcher. Is it to much to ask for :-)

marvellous, thank you. Yeah, i've only done it on the default level at present as I was helping a mate who's a lower level.

Reckon we can do it on 28? I've done the default but would love the extra six coins with level 28.

I'll be on around 7 and we can rush through the 26 one if you still haven't done it :)

The only tough section I think is where the wizards appear.

Think I will get the Suros Regime, although I have both Patience and Time and Ice Breaker as secondary Exotics so not sure how I'm going to adjust my load out. Maybe I'll stick the Suros in the Vault for my new Warlock (up to level 11 now).

I'm at a point in the game now where I'm slightly unsure what to do with my level 28 Titan. He has an exotic chest piece and legendary armour for all the other bits. I could upgrade the queens helmet still for some more light. Not sure if it will get me to 29 or not (any way to check?). I dont want to spend shards on that though if I should be waiting for better armour to drop so I can get to 30.

Am I right in thinking I should be looking for legendary raid drops covering shoes, mittens and t-shirt, then sticking an exotic cap on him for level 30?

Because you can only equip any one exotic weapon, I wanted that to be the primary because I will use it the most.

Got the chest armour last week & I've got 30 coins to spend so Assault Rifle it is.

Will look at starting another character over the weekend, Warlock because I have an exotic armour in the vault.

I went with the chest armour for exotic & legendary on the other three which increase melee attacks, grenade cooldown & quicker reload on assault rifle. I do need some better boots that has an upgrade for increase assault rifle ammo but can't find any yet.

I'm lvl 28 at the moment but I guess once I've upgraded the helmet & arms to max that should get me to 29, then it's just the boots.

More than happy to give it a go, prob best with 3 though... What time works for you?

I'll be on around 7pm, I've got a 2 hour window before the raid attempt at 9pm.

the crucible raku boots have auto rifle ammo. (Mine do)

Bugger, I hate the crucible :( because I'm so crap at it.

I do need to play some matches for my exotic bounty so maybe that will force my hand.

Trying to find a website that lists all legendary armour with upgrades
