Out of interest what have the Xbone Raid crew been getting as rewards, so far I've only had either ascendent shards or energy, but I noticed that others have had either weapons or armour.

I got some boots when we took down the Templar.

I should be on again tonight. Don't know if we'll get it finished but I'm up for trying.

Ahahahaha, my group of friends just had the worst Raid attempt session ever and I really enjoyed every minute of it (can't say that for the rest of the group). We had multiple disconnects during the final part of the

Gatekeeper phase. We had worked out what to do. We even managed to get both shields a couple of times and then *poof* one of us would be gone. Sometimes we'd lose a guy whilst defending the time plates.

We also had constant communication problems with some members being unable to hear 1 or 2 of the group or being unable to speak but able to listen.
I committed a stupid mistake causing our team to wipe at one point.

I was too close to the second gatekeeper when we took it down. It blew me up. The time it took for me to respond caused the defending team to lose control of the gate. Weirdly, I was able to get back through but the other shield bearer was trapped on the other side. We couldn't reopen the gate after that



I think 2 of our group are going to give up on the raid for the next few weeks purely just to calm down after that, haha.
It's past midnight here now so we've given up. We've all got work in the morning and, even though the raid resets tomorrow, we decided to call it a day.

The final stage of the Raid is a bit of mess TBH, glitches out the wazoo every time I've played. Random enemies with magically regenerating health, running out of the portal only to find yourself somehow coming back in, the Relic shield stopping working without warning, every single attempt I've done we've had to resord to making a party in the PS4 OS because the in-game voice chat is so borked...etc

But making Atheon teleport people at random because people were having too much fun and success assigning roles and making teams is Bungie's big priority. :facepalm:

We will be running the raid again Wednesday and Thursday if needed around 7pm start (PS4).

Have 3 spaces if anyone can commit themselves for a couple to a few hrs around that time? Just whack your name/PSN id down.

We have done the VoG twice already, bit anxious about the changes to Atheon fight as you really need everyone clued up about the relic, however i'm sure we can do it.

XBone raid team are we all up for a final push tonight? I can be on from about 9:15.

I think we were all getting a bit tired at the end last night, we were certainly lacking the optimism that we had earlier in the evening. Hopefully starting fresh this evening will help.

Hoping we can do it tonight as after that I probably won't be able to make it back on in the evenings for a two weeks.

I can't make it, sorry.

Sorry for not accepting the invite. I'm having real issues with the game atm. Keep getting kicked from the server, seemingly every 5 mins or so.

ANyone else having any problems?

*edit* reading through the thread seems I'm not the only one.

We've been having problems all through the raid. Someone was getting kicked every couple of minutes.

Speaking of lucky drops, here's one for LeChuck - something Primus Sha'aull left for me after I offed him in the lvl 24 Garden's Spire mission last night:

Apols for the video quality - didn't have the right format USB stick so had to upload it to FB and d/l it from there before putting it up for YouTube processing. Almost as convoluted as the various farming/faction-boosting/purchasing/recycling rituals you have to go through to obtain and upgrade equipment in the game.

Good raid attempts there, and some laughs, but the servers were against us. Constant boots, and to cap it all I got a BSOD crash to dashboard at the end.

Same here, had a lock up first. Every time it was going to plan, boot.

Yeah I got a sniper after templar last night, but just shards on the first drop.

I've been reading about the stage we left last night, and have an idea for later on how to handle it a bit easier!

Probably be 9:15 for me, but will try for earlier.

We are down Mr Do, but I'm trying to get my mate in (not the one that you so mercilessly kicked last night ;) ) who is a 29. Or maybe we should convince Jon to join us.

If I've done the weekly on 24 ( or whatever the normal level is ), do I get the extra stuff for doing at a higher level?

If so, we can run through that too. :)

Actually, I need the strikes anyway so happy to do it even if not.

Lyrical, Marmite et al, won't be able to make the final push of the raid tonight, have a bout of EMT (Enforced Missus Time) :P I'm sure you'll find a more than able replacement, be sure to post how you all get on and hope Bungie are nice to you all in terms of drops ^_^
