Two grenades is an epic perk.

It kinda seems that way until you realise that the cooldowns don't run concurrently. It's still good for people who like to save their grenade for when they really need it, but you get very little out of the perk if you use the grenades off cooldown.

No, he never even brings me anything I want :(. I have a titan with both chest pieces we are discussing. One never gets used. Fast revive is use full on nightfall and raid but you can stack armour and weapons with reduced grenade cool down perks for the armormentarium. Its also very handy if you PvP.

That is what I was thinking fast revive would be useful for when I attempt the raid next week which is why I wanted Alpha Lupi.

Because you can't spend the mote of lights on much else I think I will take the gamble, I may get lucky. If not then I will buy the Armamentarium.

What else can you do with Motes of Light? 23 for something from Xur or a similar amount for a shitty mark from the speaker. What is the point of that?! Is there anything else you can do with them?

I think that's about it for now but not to say something might not get added in the future?

I'm going to take the gamble & hope I get Alpha Lupi.

I got the Titan Alpha Lupi chest. Glad your hunter got another exotic chest piece so quickly. :P

Don't think I'll buy anything from Xur this week. One day he'll sell the Praxic Fire. And one day I'll praise the sun...

Sounds like it works like the Hunter's knife, which stack up and recharge one after the other. I find that extremely useful in PVE when there is quite often downtime to let things charge.

I have a couple of noob questions....

In Crucible, some players have double shields (yellow then white), what's this about?

If I'm wearing my cult badge, do I still rank up with crucible points?

Not sure about the shields. Could be their super?

If by 'badge' you mean your icon, that's just cosmetic. If you mean your class item (cloak for Hunters, etc), then all reputation you earn through both PvE and PvP while wearing that will go to Future War Cult instead of to your Crucible or Vanguard level.

However, you'll still earn Crucible Marks or Vanguard Marks (the currency used to buy weapons and armour) for doing PvP/PvE content respectively.

Hope that makes sense. :)

One of the Titan defender subclass perks is something called the blessing of light which acts as a second shield, there are several ways for them to have it active and even let's team mates gain it. It makes them hard to kill. Unless you put pocket infinity in their face at medium or short range.

Actually probably not worth me using my motes of light this week. They can only end up getting me a piece of chest armour right? Think I prefer the one on sale to the Alpha Lupi, so might as well just pay up.

Unless I get some shards for scrapping a piece of exotic armour? That might be a decent trade.

You do - but you should get more Shards if you level up that armour instead of scrapping it straight away.

You don't need to wear it while playing to do that. Just put it on when you turn in bounties. Worth the bother, I reckon.

I asked this yesterday but didn't get an answer - I have a Legendary chest-piece I've levelled up to the final column (i.e done one upgrade that required 6 shards). What am I likely to get when I dismantle it?

I don't think you get more shards if you level up an armour piece, I think it is still only 2 shards.
