Not yet, but in other news, after the joy of completing the raid I did something I'd been pretty much meaning to anyway, but the raid sealed the deal. I ordered some Destiny concept art printed on canvas to put on my living room wall:

Good work! That must have taken some doing. What level are you at Wavy?

28 but my defender class is only about 30% leveled. I have a lot of legendary and exotic weapons to dish damage though and just played extremely conservatively, wasn't that difficult actually. The last week has been ridiculous for me in terms of weapons and strange coins, can't last forever though.

I've not seen a strange coin in days now. I wanted a few on top of the ones I'll get from the Weekly when I find some folks to do it with but it's just not happening :(

I've noticed that, I'd had quite a few coins from blue engrams in the past. However haven't had a single one since completing the weekly heroic strike at 28 for the 9 coins. I do wonder if that is related.

Dunno why but the Cryptarch only ever gives me blues, even in his level up package in the mail. Not had any legendaries from him since the engram patch. I'm swimming in motes of light, and have a load of coins though, so Xur better have something nice tomorrow.

Pre-patch all I got was hunter legendary armour. Not one sodding piece of Titan armour. He did mix it up a bit just before the patch and gave me some Warlock gloves mind....

Edit: OMG got a Titan pair of legendary boots after saying this, in the cryptarch level up package to boot. Is he reading my posts or something? :lol:

Hey, Hellcock. Sorry about last night. I saw your invite but I was attempting to teach my girlfriend how to play the game. I didn't think you'd want someone who struggles to use two thumbsticks to help you with the level 28 stuff.

Haha! It's cool man. My girlfriend has also asked how to play but I just replied with a firm no.

She came storming in when Nate wind, davaldo and myself were on the final boss of the nightfall on Monday STEAMING DRUNK. Trying to distract me and shit. Had to be quite firm with her that we were at a very important stage and couldn't be disturbed.

You need to develop some sort of code that will help her understand the importance of what you're doing. If Mrs. Wind walks in at a critical gaming moment, I simply tell her that I'm "doing my income tax form" and she instantly understands.

My girlfriend has just got to level 20 after she picked the game up while I was away with work, I'm probably going to buy her a copy next week so we can play together.

That wont be nerdy at all, sitting on opposite sides of the room chatting on a headset playing an mmo,what have we become?

I'm using the public event timer online and just can't seem to find one. Have been patrolling earth for 25 minutes now!

It's worth sticking around the area for a few minutes either side of the timer. I had one happen 3 or 4 minutes before the timer website said it was due

I get the impression they don't start exactly on time, I've seen them start within a ten minute window of the scheduled start time.

In other news... After watching jimtendo clean up with a couple of legendary drops and an exotic award doing the tiger strikes. Finally got an exotic drop for myself, universal remote! Then finally got vanguard to level 3 and I got a nice legend pulse rifle. Superpox I think.

Happy days. Fuck you Cryptarch.
