I can't remember what level I did it at if i'm honest (i'll look when i'm home). If i do it at a harder difficulty level i'll get coins?

Yeah. The standard difficulty is 24 I think. Then you can do it on 26 and 28 (think this is classed as Nightfall). All 3 versions will give you 3 coins.

PvP is doing my head in, I keep getting melee kills after I'm dead. So basically I hit them, then they are getting off whatever to retaliate and I die then my hit finally registers and kills them. Destiny why u no stab?

What class are you? The Hunter's knife has a perk that grants slow-burn fire damage after it connects. Could be that burning off the last slivers of their health for a postmortem.

Anyway... Xur is back today, isn't he? Anyone know what he's selling?

Im wanting to grind the weekly heroic strike for strange coins for this autorifle. Send me a FR and message and we'll get to it. Its just a bit too tricky to solo.



Im level 27 and have a good solar sniper, so the final boss can go down quite quickly.

Well little ol' level 6 Hunter me headed for the crucible last night, probably the very first time I've played on-line multiplayer fps since I dunno Quake 3 about 15 years ago, and....................... I got well and truly smashed. To pulp.

Not helped I'm sure by most of the opponents on the other team being level 20 plus, all seeming to know the maps like the back of their hands, being able to jump far far higher than me, carry more powerful guns, wear stronger armour, with better gun stability, better grenades, better range, greater accuracy and not forgetting a lot more talent. My team lost both games of control that I was on for by a close margin with me contributing true bottom of the table performance (2 kills and 1 assist in game one and 1 kill and 3 assists in game two). I can't imagine my team mates being at all impressed :)

And for some reason I only got credited with finishing one game in the complete 5 crucible games bounty - perhaps I was dead at the end of the second game and that didn't count as 'completing' it?

Anyway..... onwards and upwards

I should be around, I really want to give the raid a crack if there are 6x level 26-27 guys on PS4?

You will need a lot of patience and time, it's not something to enter into lightly I imagine.

I'm up for this, Level 27 and may hit 28 tonight all being well

The Brady guide has a really good section on PVP and has a few things not explained but helpful. Always roll in 2's. The motion tracker radar if full red the enemy is on your level, if just outlined they are above or below you. If the bar is the inner circle the enemy is within 8 metres the outer, 25 metres away.

If a players name is in yellow they are supercharged so avoid the enemy and stick with a yellow teammate, crouching conceals your motion tracker appearance, moving slowly you appear as a red blip.

Quoting this for truth, I have tried using the radar a lot more in my last few games and its paid dividens. In tighter maps I will often just look at the radar and crouch walk/hide to get the drop on people as they pass through
