Oh my god, it finally happened Played the daily game of shitty rumble for the marks and got a purple engram, which contained 296 arms that pushed me over 300. Feeling awesome

Took my m8 through the nightfall, recently got to 300+. Imagine his delight when he got his awesome 294 legendary gloves as a reward.... Imagine!

Congrats.

I found my second character was much quicker.

Once you get legendary gear for your Alt you can decrypt everything on your Hunter and transfer it across for infusion.

Engrams should decrypt at a higher light level with a higher light character. Not guaranteed but it works for me most of the time.

I get a much better decryption now my characters's 311 than when he was just 300 mind.

Hopefully when sparrow racing comes back it will still have sweet drops.

Had my first game of Trials last night in a long time. What a lovely game mode that is.

I usually get battered 5-0 for 3 games in a row. We actually won 2 matched yesterday, and a few games were 5-3!

Either I'm getting better or the other teams weren't trying.....don't care either way, I got a 310 shotgun

Got the challenge done on the Warpriest on HM last night, so we all got 320 artifacts, which was nice. In fact RNGesus was being quite kind all round last night am up to 315 now.

Weekly Nightfall: Fallen S.A.B.E.R. is this week’s strike. Modifiers Small Arms, Grounded, Chaff, and Trickle are active. Small arms adds bonus damage when using primary weapons. Grounded makes it so you get more damage while airborne. Chaff disables players’ radars, and Trickle greatly reduces the recharge of abilities.

Has anyone got any tips on how to complete "Cayde's challenge" where you have to get 15 kills and 3 major kills with the Golden Gun in a Strike? If I pick a strike to play, the other 2 players generally drop out and I can't complete the strike on my own (although I got very close yesterday), or if I go on the strike playlist, I seem to get matched with high level players who hoover up all the kills and it's over before you even get a chance to have 5x golden gun. On the plus side it does seem to give you good drops when playing the strike on your own, even if you don't finish it!

Your best bet would be finding a fireteam to do it with you, however if you stick around the strike playlist and keep playing with high level players you'll probably eventually find two who hammer their specials over and over again and drop tonnes of orbs.
