Resistance: Fall of Man

Looks pretty cool, i like the setting and the story to it alot.

Motorstorm

I like the look of it alough it doesnt look as good as the cgi vids from a while ago it still looks nice. And should be fun online.

Heavnly sword

If its a luanch title.

Hmm...indeed...i'm holding back.

Motorstorm is no longer a key title to me - despite the fact i think it'll be ace.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Don't give up the dream, where will the PS3 be without you slamming the truth mallet into unbelievers!

If I was getting one at luanch it would be Resistance all the way.

Oh no! I'm not gonna make the same mistake I did last year with the 360 launch - give up to the hype machine and spend most of the day (and my credit allowance) searching for a system and stuff.

The Wii I've planned and besides, it'll be affordable. The rest of my cash go's on DS and PS2 titles this Xmas.

I think the amount of apathy being shown towards the PS3 by the dweebs is depressing. Has this feeling of meh spilled over into the normal people who don't visit forums?

Partially. The excitement isn't their for it. None of the launch games I’ve seen scream buy me. Maybe Sony will reveal something that wil blow our socks off at the TGS but i doubt it. MS seem to really have them on the back foot.

I dunno. It seems the apathy is possibly more caution that anything else. I've yet to be swayed by any of the launch games, and it seems we'll be waiting a fair while longer for the game which will make me shed out the money - namely, MGS4.

The price hike-up seems a bit too much when I don't see huge great differences in the PS3's power compared to my 360.

I know I'll buy one, just not immediately, like I've done with pretty much all the other consoles.

Unfortunately, Blue-Ray has no perceptible affect on my buying choices, so the one sale pitch which might work on some people is completely and utterly lost on me...

i was goig to make a joke about buying twilight princess but i guess general bad feeling towards sony should have warned me i would have been beaten to it.

anyway: NOTHING SONY RELEASE BECUASE THE PS3 WILL BE FUCKING SHIT

I hope you got a warning for this.

While I'm not getting one at launch, if I were the two games that most interest me are Assassin's Creed and Resistance. They look different enough from current console games to tempt me.

For me I have enough games to buy without PS3.

I looked at my pre order list at play.com I got 9 games on order for XBOX 360 due out in next 2 months. Plus Guitar Heroes II, and Okami for USA PS2 plus say 5 games for Wii

When am I going to get the time to play PS3 games anyway. I might wait for Winning Eleven next gen to come out on PS3 first, but PES 6 might be so good we don't need PS3.

XBOX 360 is more than good enough and PS3 is only useful for blu ray and exclusive titles and prehaps better output for HDTV for old games.

i doubt it. fanboy feeling doesn't often correlate with public buying habits.

I'll probably buy Tekken and Ridge Racer.

Oh sorry I must have slipped into PS2 launch mode.

Um sorry again I must have then slipped into PS1 launch mode

The sad thing is I actually would buy these 2 at launch!

I haven't seen Tekken mentioned as being a launch title though.

Cheers
