The difference in that case is probably about 2 days until the thanksgiving sale starts. It might not go that low, but it won't be far off.

I recently updated the drivers on my new laptop (which has two Geforce 880Ms in SLI), but it seems to have removed the GeForce Nvidia Control Panel, just leaving me with Geforce Experience Panel. Now, everytime I update the drivers it seems to turn off the SLI mode and the only way I could turn it back on was going to the Control Panel. As that's now gone, I don't know how to go accessing this.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do?

Sounds like the drivers didn't install correctly. Install the driver package again, and use the advanced options to do a clean install.

I think there's more than what you've listed, JPR. The games at the top are on offer for 2 days, the ones below are only on offer for a day. Why've they made sales more confusing to navigate?

The other ones are The Wolf Among Us, Sins of a Solar Empire, Age of Mythology, Dead Island, Wargame: Red Dragon, Crypt of the Necrodancer, FTL, Injustice, The Stanley Parable and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
