I read the link and now I'm even more confused. A Loa is an actual thing? Also I thought Elune was just elf for moon or something? Light of elune and all that stuff. Do they not worship the moon then?

So the new week is starting.. I have questions!

Last week I killed a couple of rares on thunder island and got nothing, but I did see a treasure trove which I got a key for that solo treasure finding loot scenario.

Is killing rares a good way of getting a key (I think I killed 4) or should I just drive around looking for another trove?

Then once I have said key what's the best thing to do in the scenario? I just ran around the first room getting all the chests in there. Should I be trying to get further along or what? Also it mentioned something about escaping in time, does that matter?

Think that's all I need to know about the isle. Doing the dailies as a badly geared mistweaver seems very slow, so I intend to avoid them till i have another spec.

World bosses are killed more on Wednesdays I presume. Sha and galleon seem to get killed all the time, I'm fine with them. Nalak I've never seen killed and oonthing I've never even seen. They easy fights, hard fights, fights to avoid in a pug raid? Worth doing?

Anything else I ought to be doing? I'm thinking get key, loot charms, kill world bosses, do whatever lfrs I'm geared for and for the rest do some dungeons to get jps to convert into honour and buy PvP gear...

Rare elites are by far and away the best way of getting a key and you should get one within the first couple of kills, after that the only way of getting another key that week is from a very small percentage drop chance from any mob on the isle.

If all you are after from the solo scenario is coins for extra rolls by far and the best way is to stick to the first room jump up on the "skirting board" on the right side of the room and follow it around.

Nalak gets pretty much chain killed for the first 3-4 days after that it drops off a little compared to other world bosses as they are easier to get to and you can use the "cheap" charms on them for extra rolls. Oon lives on an island to the north of Kun Laiif you luck out hes an easy kill if you dont youll be thankful the guild pays your repairs.

Cheers that's great.

I'm actually starting to feel like I'm getting the hang of mist weaver healing now. Adding a weak aura that displays a big bouncy icon every time renewing mists is off cool down has helped a ton. I'm thinking possibly I need a few more for my other core spells. Although in what I've been healing I don't use the other spells enough to really decide which I absolutely want to know about right away..

:D

I do exactly the same thing with a big "bong" sound and I still miss it occasionally! I'm not a bit fan of that guys mainbar, but the other couple of crucial bits of information you need are a) How many people renewing mists is on and b) how many seconds until the next one of those mists runs out. That lets you really abuse uplift when you need to. He has that as part of his setup "renewing mists watcher".

Usually fine. You'll kill groups of mobs just as fast (Lot's of kegs, SCK and picking up Gift of the Ox. Use leg sweep to AoE stun if it gets a bit hairy) so pull lots, at least 3 at once. The character mobs with large health pools you'll kill a lot more slowly - but this is mitigated somewhat by touch of death.

To be clear, I go Windwalker for them myself. It's a nice spec! What don't you like about it?
