Where is Rad lately?

Lurking on this forum, silly!

Actually I am having an impromptu mini WoW break at the moment. Having lots of fun with all the good stuff in the Orange Box during my gaming time. Just about to start HL episode 2 so probably at least a couple more evenings to be extracted from that yet.

I’m not signing to Kara because it is obviously preferable if newer healers go in my place to get experience and loots so that we have a bigger pool of people ready to go heal in ZA. I am checking Raidar though and will sign up if you are ever in a real pinch for healy people.

Cant believe I pugged it ;) I went through PM and success. Anyway Ill still go tonight as the mail drop and the egg timer are both items that would be helpful for me. Everyone still interested.

BTW: Who would be interested in doing a southshore <<somewhere>> raid, seeing as the guild is grown we can invite all lvls along

Sky swimming!

Yes, my lag has now gotten so bad I can actually swim through the sky. This is me swimming from Legoin Hold to Shadowmoon Village. Unfortunately the game caught up with me just as I was about to make a triumphant landing infront of what I suspect would have been a bewildered Rattle, and instead of swooping in like some sort of magical fish-bird I ended up plummetting to my doom and landing as a corpse behind him..

Still though, swimming through the sky. That's pretty fucking impressive no?

Hello, I've been back a week after an 18month WoW break, I'm now waiting for authorisation for my 60 mage 'Abu' to be transferred to Ravenholdt!

Looking forward to meeting you all.

(You may have noticed my level 6 Warlock 'Jessu' in the guild currently)

edit: Abu was taken so I'm now called Atreyu!

You aren't far off 50 (Again!) now are you? Much easier than the 40s I thought. I expect, oohh 52 at the least by tuesday. :(

49 hun :P Aiming to do at least a level a day whilst off - if not more

would love to be lvl 55 by bed time on MOnday night :D

Hoping for a Sunken Temple run if anyones up for it soon?

Where's the best place to farm primal waters? I'm guessing the pool just north of Garadar, but only because it's about the only place i know with a decent number of elementals..

I'm planning on farming up the mats for the hammersmithing weapons and then swapping to them once I get an alternative to my fireguard to tank with. What with the changes coming in 2.6, i don't really fancy sticking with swords.

I got all of zurgy's primal waters from the skettis lake. That was at the time when there was no reason to be up in skettis so it was usually pretty quiet. Not sure what it's like now with the daily quests there.

Yes, Skettis is the place to be! If you're a warlock its even easier due to the fact you can cast underwater breathing. I was grinding there probably 2 months back and it wasnt too bad at all really.

ok cheers, I shall try Skettis and see what it's like then. At least Raeg's undead so i can breathe underwater for a bit longer. Should make it a bit easier than trying to farm them as Mal. Swimming and drinking just doesn't mix very well..

Would anyone be interested in trying to get attuned and work through to do the Battle of Hyjal.

I know it involves Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern and Kael'thas in the Eye, but I for one wouldnt mind doing the battle, might get whipped but want to try and do something. It would mean a bit of an effort but Id be game for it.
