I assumed it was a bit like the xmas holly that turned your mount into a reindeer. The only worked while you were mounted and as soon as you dismounted that was it.

14 days rocks, although 300 riding skill is epic flying mount skill isn't it? :o

And it's over, and they fucking land, and Deefnil's been trying to get Rattleloughi the entire time, and finally, he's got him, all right? And what is the last fucking line that they have together? They're all hugging and kissing and happy with each other, and Ratt comes up to Deefnil , and he says, "Man, you can ride my Broom, anytime!" And what does Deef say? "You can ride mine!" Swordfight! Had an explore of the new Dustwallow today on the test server. Much, much, much nicer place to be. Mudsprocket's tiny but it's still an extra flight path but there's a nice load of new quests. Plus every non-major elite quest I could find (excluding things like the ubrs key chain and things like that) is now normal.

there's a distinct lack of people signing up to join our new 5v5 arena team. I could have sworn there were lots of people who were up for it last time i asked if anyone fancied a new arena team. So I'm feeling most unloved..

Also Cele your spec is very, very odd. You don't need shadow affinity at all, not every as holy spec. Your mind flay must be doing pants damage without the rest of the shadow tree to boost it. Blessed recovery is rubbish (small regain, doesn't stack) unless you are doing a lot of PVP and take it with resilience and spell warding. Holy nova is only really good for using level 1 to destealth. Blackout again is a PVP talent. Judging by your rep sheet you don't pvp, at all.

If you want to level as holy I'd go for a crit smite build. along the lines of:

With a long term goal of picking up power infusion in the disc tree.

Optimal DPS cycle -> Shield maybe -> Holy fire -> SWP -> smite x Y until mob almost dead -> wand so you get the most regen from spirit tap

the new 5v5 team has hit the magical number of 5 signups so we can at least form a team! Still space for another 5 people though if anyone fancies it. I'll ask in guild tonight too, the more the merrier really. I don't particularly expect it to be a static team anyway, so you're quite welcome one week and can leave the next (no commitment ftw!).

Founding members will all have to cough up some cash mind you as I spent most of Raeg's cash buying Mal a flappy mount last night. 5v5 rosters are 200g I think, so 200g/however many people fancy it.
