Probably already posted in this thread (I skimmed the last chunk of pages, but at the rate this thread moves I'd never find it), but a decent PS3 vs 360 comparison video.

Seems to be accurate what people are saying.

The PS3 version has better colours and the 360 version is washed put.

Frame rate and "sharpness" appears to be the same though. Overall, I think I made a good choice which version to get, despite the 3GB install :)

I can't see it getting a 10 - once again, it's an example of the evolution of a game, not revolution - that's if they still use that shit as the benchmark. It deserves a 10 though, by any reckoning.

Anyone know if this is true or if it's just UK:R having a laugh?

The PS3 version does look to be running in 630p, aparantly the uber geeks at B3D counted the pixels.

UKR is getting tired now. So predictable. Sega is gone guys. Deal with it.

I think the leap between Halo and Halo 3 is smaller than GTA III (or VC, SA etc) to GTA IV, so I don't think that should come into it.

Well I'm enjoying it :)

It's not revolutionary but it's great fun and at the end of the day, that's what it's all about. It's got a few flaws and such, doesn't spoil the game for me though.

One thing I would change - a quick 10-15 second pause when the game is teaching you something new, especially combat or driving related. It's all too easy to miss something in the thick battle/traffic flying past.

This game is great. Just heard the song that plays in the scene from The Silence of the Lambs where the psycho dances before the mirror, on Liberty Rock. I've no idea what the name of the song is, so I call 948-555-0100 and a few seconds later I get a message with the name of the song in it (Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses) :)

You're right, it shouldn't - as I said, I think it's a stupid way of marking. It deserves a ten because it's a great game.

I don't agree with you about the leap though - personally I feel that Halo 2 to 3 has made a bigger jump than San Andreas to 4...although I don't think many people will agree. It's totally unquantifiable, though.

I've made bigger jumps over puddles than the Halo franchise.

Arguements aside..

The 360 version was the 1st one announced, and thats how it should have remained. 360 exclusive.

Bully boyz Sony wanted a piece of the pie, and it apparently turns out their crusty bits are a bit stale.

GTA is a Playstation brand :)

MS should be grateful it's on both.

Has anyone noticed that familiar interference noise if you're in a car with the radio on and you receive a phone call? The level of detail is positively Kubrickian.

That happened to me when a text was coming through. It was excellent.

Driving with the GPS on reminds me of driving with you.
