Disappointing for Alonso in the end but at least Vettel isn't on pole and Hamilton split them. Should be interesting tomorrow Alonso has been pretty good off the grid so still some hope there.

And come on DC, joint driver of the day my arse - Lewis has out driven the car as i doubt Mclaren are suddenly only a tenth behind Red Bull all of a sudden, great drive by Webber but Lewis's day!

Should be a good race, lets hope Vettel can drop a few places off the line and we can see how good he is!

So is Webber's improvement mainly down to the exhaust rule/defuser and tyre changes which apparently favour his driving style? I'm confused by the exhaust defuser thing though. It's not the same as it was in Silverstone (10% blown gases when off throttle or something) but not the same as before (50%?) though right? So what are the rules now closest to - Silverstone levels or pre-silverstone?

No, the tyres have changed - he never adjusted to the delicate Pirelli's. Moving more towards what we had last year.
