No it isn't because at least taken away everyone is now running to the same rules.

That said, I do agree midseason rule changes should basically never happen.

The thing I find troubling about the RB car is the manner in which it is fastest. Generally speaking, a big advantage is down to a key feature rather than just doing a good job in all areas. That doesn't necessarily mean it is illegal, but it doesn't mean it isn't either. Sometimes it is both legal & illegal, like the mass damper!

Just shows how safe F1 has become, you take that type of accident only 5 or 6 years earlier and I would say Kubica would have been dead. He certainly knows how to have an accident. The poor chap. Hopefully we will get to see him in F1 again.

I'd never class F1 as safe, a trip to the morgue is but an inch away. Rosberg was incredibly lucky at Monaco, and I'm not sue I'd be wanting to court lady luck and the grim reaper at the same time.

By that reasoning, ayrton and the boy surtees we're outlandishly unlucky to have perished.
