Good view of how far the nose cone humps/veins are going this year.

The Red Bull looks almost exactly the same in that area. Are they allowed to design features together or is it just 'coincidence' or have TR just got RB's set-up from last year? Looks a lot more pronounced to me.

they're supposed to be seperate and individual cars this year. but i think it's a case of "oh look what i found under the work bench over here. some old plans for a brand new Redbull F1 car ... gosh what a stroke of luck !!!!!!"

I see the Virgin has had it's nose fall off already. So much for CFD :) it's a bit premature for that isn't it !!

if they turn up to the first 3 with personel and a car they're alright though aren't they. As long as the car makes it to the track, it doesn't have to race just be at the track. Or does it have to complete a certain number of laps ?

They have to "attempt" to qualify. See Arrows final ever GP appearance as Silverstone a few years back.

And even if not they've certainly got everything on the 2009 Red Bull so they're starting from exactly the same place.

More a manufacturing issue I'd imagine. It happened to at least one team last year too.

Hopefully their car will be as well engineered as it is painted!

12-14th March is going to be fascinating.

That's Damon's Gerald Ratner moment right there.

Still booking tickets for it

Looking at the map the 'b' grandstand looks like the best - and clearly will be most expensive.

Arena B will be a Platinum stand, so yeah the most costly but it should be a hell of a view. Arena A will be Gold, so a bit cheaper.

He does have a point i think, dull in field sections are only there to sell space to sponsors. Not for racing.

I think the Arena has added two overtaking points (but we've lost one at Abbey). That said, with Abbey opening up, it's quite a lot like Copse, so should be a balls out fast corner. It's a shame that he feels this way, but we do need to maximise the space.
