The Virgin livery does look really good.

It's all getting interesting with the new teams. Stefan GP have shipped their cars Bahrain even though they don't have an entry. The latest rumour is that they've bought the rights to the Dallara chassis, which which would stop Campos using it so effectively killing them. It all seems a bit underhand the way they're going about it, also Stefan is close to Bernie and to add some more fuel to the fire they've hired Dave Ryan to go along with Mike Coughlan. Could be quite nice as a Ferrari fan though, a new pantomime villain to take over for a while. :(

If Coughlan's involved it'll probably be an old set of blueprints that he nicked from somewhere. ;)

ZING!

Dave from Mclaren is a good signing too . Looks like they mean business. Coughlan might have been a bad boy, but no more than hundreds before him. His mistake was getting caught. He's another astute signing. Hell they should get Flav onboard too! The bad boys of F1- there's some marketing dollar in there!

This 40 foot box of equipment ... that's like spannes and wrenches and hammers and stuff ...... not an actual car, right.

they only have last years Toyota to play with and not a lot else i though.

Yeah sorry my mistake, just equipment, they plan to test the cars later this month in Portugal, still shows they're serious about it all. They have the 2010 car and engine, so what Toyota would have run this season. The talk is about Nakajima and Ralf for the drivers, so we could be seeing both Schumacher's back this year.

Davidson and Croft are an excellent combo.

Brundle is good, but he was better with Allen. Legard is worse than Allen. Much worse. I like Allen's blog, but I don't think he's right for TV commentary still. So no idea who else to put in really, just not Jonathan sodding Palmer.

Resurrect James Hunt? The spliff smoking commentator with a hatred of Ricardo Patrese... Awesome.

If Davidson doesn't end up taking a DTM/LeMansseries/Some other open wheel series drive this season it would be wise to keep him on for 5live, he's the best of the bunch.

Get Coulthard into the commentary box?

Get Coulthard into the commentary box?

I think it might work, there's some good competitive banter between the two. In the past though it's always been a non-driver to ask questions of the driver in order to have dialogue. At least Allen played the part of Murray well by pretending not to know the basics (despite being knowledgable). Leggard seems to be the other way around, and it feels like Brundle has the same opinion of him!

Leggles and Brundle just don't seem to have jelled at all. With Leggard trying to shout down Brundle when ever anything of mild interest happens.

Allen was far to smug and self rightious, though his blog is the best "personal" view of F1. It still falls into name dropping and Schumacher sucking up too often. He's going to have a field day this year with Hamilton and schumacher on the trtack at the same time. All they'll find of him after the Monaco Gp are cum soaked trousers and the dessicated husk of James Alllen.
