But the FIA still won't give him a pit pass. He'll have to hang out with the paying punters. Drinking from a bottle of white lightning and telling anyone who will listen that he used to be "something BIG in F1", then he'll grab you conspiritorially and say "I can you you some stories man ....... " then pass out and wet himself .

Then a young boy wakes him up. Flav soon discovers this young lad has the talent to challenge Cyborg Schumacher and together they embark on a journey to stop this mad 50x WDC Cyborg and maybe for Flav some redemption.

It could be like Disney's Hercules but with cars.

FIA are vowing to keep Flavio out. If they don't get anywhere with legal appeals, they say they will change their rules to ban people who have done the kind of stuff he did. I'm not sure why they don't just change the rules anyway.

The only way they can make it legally work is by requiring those personnel to have a licence in order to work in F1. That decision in itself could be legally challenged. If they really want to go down that route it could be a long fight.

I dunno, with a lot of the races (and the one in question) taking place in the EU, there will be SHIT loads of health and safety issues that they could latch on to to ban him for as long as his posing pouch holds up.

For example, not reporting an identified danger (or identified potential danger) to staff or members of the public is against the UK's Health and Safety At Work rules. I am sure the EU have similar rulings.

And having an F1 car smash into a wall..

Mclaren test dates in Feb...

http://www.mclaren.com/f1season/testing.php

We must be getting close to seeing the new cars aren't we?

All but Red Bull will unveil their cars on or before the first test on Feb 2. Redbull are skipping the first test so they can have an extra 9 days in the wind tunnel. Ferrari wil bel unveiling their car on the 28th for sure but everyone else bar Redbull will be at the Feb 2nd test with their shiny new motors.

I kind of miss having the old one launch every few days jobby of the past. Was kind of like an F1 advent calendar.

Edit: Oh and Virgin are missing the first test too.
