The only reason it hadn't happened is because Qadbak were dodgy, the FIA and other teams knew it and tried (successfully) to scupper it.

They only get it if Toyota don't sell the team. It's not a spot to be awarded, Toyota ALREADY have it.

I suspect though that on Dec 9th, Toyota will give in and hand over the entry.

Good news about Sauber, be nice to see them back on the grid, wonder if they will go back to Ferrari
