which has got people thinking that he might mean Michael Schumacher, but Brawn has squashed that one today, “When I last spoke with Michael. I did not get the impression that he wants to make a long-term comeback,” said Brawn. Schumacher is contracted to Ferrari and it is staying that way.

Schumacher and Kimi at Mercedes would be fucking win.

But impossible as they've signed Rosberg.

What Jordan thinks is fantasy, didn't he say that he was one of the best independant teams in existence? what happened in year two eddie when you went to yamaha engines?

The mans a tool. However the world is a slightly more interesting place for all the bollocks he spouts.

I just can't see it happening.

Okay, Ross is there, Mercedes best engine etc.

But ..... well .... Mickey shoes back in a car. I'm just not sure his heart and soul would be really in it if he wasn't up front. He dodged te Ferrari shite car bullet this year. Becuase he knew it would ruine his reputation.

I can see him buying a team and running it, but not driving again. Things have changed too much.

haven't they ?

I don't think Rosberg is finalised yet. I think there is a seat for Kimi at Mercedes if he wants it..

I think this is a good move by Jenson, nobody knows how the new Mercedes/Brawn team is going change but I just cant see them being successful and then keeping Button, if they do become a new F1 superpower he just doesnt have the commercial pull to stay and would probally have to move to make way for Vettel.

At least by moving to McLaren and securing a long term contract he stays at the sharp end of the sport, and knowing what its like to be at the back through Honda's bad years he may even have been a bit scared of ending up back there.

Bernie, the fans want a British Grand Prix. The drivers love to drive at Silverstone. Britain is the home of many of the teams and much of the expertise that makes F1 such a high profile sport and earns you lots of money. So, with the last two world champions being British, do the decent thing and give us a race in Britain.

He has said no he's not, but he said he'd never taken any money out of the company and felt that now was the time to do so. You have got to wonder if this is the start of him offloading the operation to others.

I think he's very aware that if he was suddenly not there tomorrow, that's a lot of people he's potentially leaving in the lurch. This way there's a stable future if any one of the millions things that can take down a disabled elderly man doing a stressful job happen.

Just sensible I feel.
