£30 billion is for the whole Yas Island, not the track. This includes lots of land reclamation from the sea.

Which is bastard expensive and if you've seen it right up close (I once stood on land that didn't exist 10 mins earlier) is REALLY fucking impressive.

It's starting to look like they'll all turn up. Even the americans !

Very big ? over Toyota. Existing drivers leaving, no new drivers signed.

(Rumors about Kobayashi and Heikki)

Supervisory board have not yet decided whether to continue.

One of the largest budgets in F1 and nothing to show for it.

Pretty useless at selecting drivers. Ralph and then Trulli, both on astronomic salaries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they go then BMW Phoenix will fill the slot.

But then they need to find drivers.

With no testing experienced drivers are at a premium.

Already Luizzi is back. Davidson sure to follow.

Then what about Speed, Bordais, Piquet, Albers etc?

Bruno Senna has signed a race seat deal for Campos next year [sidewaysbob]if they turn up that is[/sidewaysbob]

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport...one/8311919.stm

13 teams, 26 race seats. Only 7 drivers confirmed!!!

Hamilton, Mark Webber, Vettel, Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa, Kubica and now Senna.

19 seats still up for grabs and it is the last race of the season.

P3.

Can't find it with the times yet but there is a massive spread.

Presumably because of the compromises imposed by having big straights and lots of 2nd gear corners.
