It's gota be Vettel for the title. He's in that zone where he feels it's on but he's probably far enough back to think he's got nothing to lose. In other words, he's going to fly in the next two races.

Can't wait to se if Loeb races in Abu Dhabi.

Yep he has nothing to fear.

And Button has everything to fear.

However the maths still massively favour Button.

And Vettel makes lots of mistakes, is on the ragged edge of his engine's lives and is not very good at overtaking.

The wet will add a lot of lottery to the race.

The podium could very easily be Lewis, Kimi and Alonso.

KERS will work well at this circuit.

But if it's going to be wet, then KERS boast won't really work up the hill. They'll just get massive wheel spin.

Interlagos is just one big ice rink in the rain with rivers running across the track. Hit one of them with the boast on and the car will spin.

Vettel

Hamilton

Kimi

Webber

Alonso.

I think

I think it'll be Hamilton for the win. He's mighty in the wet, and has a lot to prove at Brazil after last years performance. Vettel is too prone to mistakes, and is he on his last engine now? I can see Button's smooth driviyng style paying off if it's wet.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Vettel taken out of the championship by a blown engine and therefore a retirement or penalty.

If Jenson can qualify well for a change (ahead of Ruebens and close to Vettel) then he really should tie it up, maybe not in Brazil but he would then be in a very hard to beat position.

One thing's for sure, after a third of the season had gone I could never see the championship going to the last race so I'm glad we've come this far.

Just off the top of my head I can think of two times that Hamilton has crashed in the wet in his brief career.

European grand prix 2007.

And in China, when he beached it.

Then just how many times did he spin in the wet at this year's Chinese grand prix?

Can I just point out that all these youtube posts really annoy me as it's blocked at work and I'm not in a 3g area of the office so I have no way of seeing what you guys are on about! I'm sure others are in the same predicament. Maybe a little description for us poor unfortunates?

yet there is also... :D

Very true.

But I don't think that he is the rain meister that some claim he is. The oversteer style of his driving is asking for trouble in the wet, most times he can get it back because of his amazing car control. But he is still courting disaster.

I think that there are several current F1 drivers who are better in the wet. Because they are more balanced.

Hamilton's real forte is throwing the car around when he has lots of grip.

This year in China he had a dog of a car, so we could discount that one.

Spa, where he beat Kimi was ace and Silverstone he had total comitment and Ferrari cocked up the pit calls.

Brucie is kind of right, Hamilton is good when the car is with him and the other cock it up. He's no Senna in the wet (Donington being his greatest wet weather drive). His car control is what works for him, he seems to be able to react better than most when he hangs it out on the edge. And he's a much better driver when he's going for it (Monza this year accepted) When he hangs back and goes for the points he's not so hot.

But Vettel always seems to go well in the wet. Brzil last year and he flew past Hamilton for the prized 5th spot. In a Torro Rosso, so i think he's the current Best of the wet weather drivers.

But it's all a lottery when the clouds burst anyway. Tires at the right point and other people cocking it up.

Round interlagos, nothing likes the wet :)

Except fish, they are the only things that can thrive in the rivers on the circuit.

I still remember the wet race a few years ago where the drainage exit from the grandstand was above turn 2 (before they redid the pit exit). The carnage that caused was immense, can we have it back please.

I think if it's wet Button will get the points required.

I have a feeling he'll qually mid pack and get taken out again.

Ham for the win, Barry to pick up barely enough points. Vettel to stick it in the wall fending off Ham. Sutil to be in a podium position before a Ferrari coloured piano lands on top of him.

given it's got a fair old chance of being wet, and the brawn car's pace is pretty good all told (albeit it's not the best in the wet, but still decent enough) wouldn't you just bgt button through quali with barely any fuel in it, to get him towards the front of the grid where he's more out of harm's way and have him come in early? it also opens up the chances of changeable weather leading to a tyre change being a prudent early option doesn't it?
