Can they please stop going on about Buemi. He had to clear 3/4 of the corner to park it anyway. Once he'd got that far he might as well bring it in - if no one is directly behind.

I'd be straight out there. You want to be first on the track ahead of whoever the fuck is going to dump their car in another barrier.

Ferrari on the case. WTF are Brawn doing?!

What were they saying? I was watching with 5Live commentary rather than BBC TV.

Being very silly. Or expect the penalty and have fueled very heavy anyway.

By the time he'd got to 130R people were directly behind. He could've easily parked it on the grass half way down the straight.

Also, hate to finally be forced to admit it, but Kovi is disappointingly shit :)

I've heard it's the Brawns, BMW and Alonso. 5 place penalty maybe?

Don't feel too optimistic for Vettel and Trulli if they have two KERS cars behind them.

edit: Oh and Sutil as well. It's actually 6 drivers.

Button is definitely screwed because he had a purple middle sector that lap

Only 1 isn't it, Hamilton? Depends on the fuel loads as to whether it'll change around again in the first round of pit stops. Having said that, Hamilton seemed to drop a fair chunk of performance in Q3 so may be fueled relatively heavy for the first stint. Raikkonen was on hard tyres so may be heavy also.

Well if Button, Heidfeld, Sutil and Rubens get place penalties it puts Raikonnen in 4th.

So they should. If Vettel gets the win and Button can only scrape a couple of points it will make it more exciting.

Vettel wins, reubens 2nd and button dnf would make it fun(ny)

Not going to happen though is it. Rubens second that is.

EDIT:

Whoah! Five place grid penalties for Button, Barrichello, Alonso, Sutil and Buemi (who also gets a reprimand)

Congratulations Jenson Button, 2009 Drivers World Champion.

Congratulations too must got to the FIA for ending any excitement (surrounding the DWC) going into this race.

Be positive mexos, c'mon :) Would much prefer to see him wi the championship before button. Especially if he is going to retire this year.

Heh! I want Button to win, but I'd like it to be exciting and if possible go down to the wire. Which means RB needs to be on the podium. Not going to happen now. His only chance would be rain - or a mega Degna pile up that takes out Button. Forecast is for sun tomorrow... (Boo!)

I wonder if the FIA will throw some spanners in the works tomorrow to spice it up.
