Yeah, same here. Trulli would actually be worse. And it's simply never going to happen - that's just BS from Italian media I'll bet. Even if Massa continues to suck just as hard I can't see them doing anything other than waiting till at least Monaco.

I could see them coming in for Kov you know. Safe pair of hands, experienced and recent form would be much better placed to 'support' Alonso. Ferrari don't run rookies, so Bianchi's out. He could be used to replace whoever they 'nick' though. They also don't need another big 'name' - just a solid number 2 that won't bin the car and bring home solid points. Kov fits the bill perfectly.

Rubens is already committed to IndyCar racing. The driver line-up for the new season includes him.

What would be interesting in my opinion is if Perez takes Massas seat. Alonso would get a decent competitor inside the team - especially as the Ferrari is hard on the tyres and Perez knows how to deal with them.

Sauber could then take Alg :)

Without being a plant and I've mentioned before I work for a marketing agency. We just finished the new Jenson Button social media portal www.jensonbutton.com for those that are interested.

Looks nice and clean but a lot of wasted space at the top and lots of small fonts. I'd make more of the imagery too - like large format latest imagery on the homepage. Would make it feel more current.

In regards to Ferrari and a lack of Italian drivers, are there any half decent Italian drivers hanging around? Trulli and Liuzzi shouldn't even be considered imo and some rookie is probably going to do as good a job as Massa for a lot less money too.

P3 was interesting. Rosberg quickest, but most impressive for me was the pace of the Williams. If Maldonado can stop throwing the car at the scenery then I reckon he could be on for a seriously good result this weekend.

McLaren probably holding something back, but they don't look to have a huge advantage at the moment. Really looking forward to qually!

It's far too early in the season to be reading the leaves but I really hope that these are genuine signs of the start of a return for Williams. When I heard of the switch, I did wonder what that engine might do and it's not unreasonable to think that the team changes could be making an impact.

It would be good for F1 and for those of us who want to see at least a measure of a comeback from what's sadly been a prolonged fall.

Add in a push up the grid from Mercedes and...

:omg:

Enjoying the Sky coverage today. The Ted Kravitz piece about the evolution of the RedBull exhaust was great and that short story segment from the Williams guy was nice piece of incite into the F1 world that didn't come from a press release. I'm hoping there's a lot more story pieces from behind the scenes like that.
