The Sky F1 channel is on the planner. The channel is showing an extended loop of material - definately worth recording it on the sky+ and skipping past the highlights we've already seen.

There was a time-elasped recording of the Williams being built, a 10 minute previous of the F1 Legends and a very brief video on '67 at Silverstone, dunno what else only watched the first 20 mins this morning.

Yeah I noticed the channel appeared yesterday too and had a look at Friday's listings when the channel launches.

First programme is not until 8pm on Friday, a two hour preview show of the coming season with the entire Sky Sports F1 team.

Needless to say this has now been added to record on the planner!

I really wonder why the new teams even try to bother and conform with the norm. They should be nailing various pieces of carbon fibre or wood to the car in an effort to do something different. The conformit approach gets you nowhere. Unless your good lotus and have vast piles of cash to burn.

:omg: I'm looking through the F1 channels listings. I don't think i'm ever going to watch anything else? Classic season reviews, Legend interviews, Tech shows, retrospectives with groups of drivers, interviews with principles, winter testing spots. My series link just went nuts!

Yeah, this is what really excites me about a dedicated F1 channel. Not only will we get practice sessions live on TV (which has not happened since the days of F1 on Eurosport) but loads of F1 content 24-7.

Sorry BBC, but Sky have gone F1 crazy! Woo!

Ditto! It's kind of like the 300+ gig of F1 stuff I have on my home PC... except nicely arranged and broadcast by someone else so I don't have to spend crucial minutes wondering which of the 1981 races I particularly fancy seeing at that moment :).
