I don't think Mclaren really give a shit about "spirit of the rules" & rightly so considering the red bull front wing etc, double diffusers before that. If its fast & is legal under the letter of the law, run it.

Yeah, that's pretty much just the way F1 works.

I think it's fairly accurate to say "if a team hasn't found a loophole to exploit they're not going to be in the running for the championship"!

The high sidepods I think are catered for Lewis, so other cars (Massa) can see him coming and, if they do come into contact, Lewis will win out.

The actual launch has been cancelled now since Marenello is currently under several inches of snow. They're still going to unveil it on the website though.

Are they for real? This is so much worse than the little winglets and grooves etc sticking out the sides they had a few years back.

They both manage to make a very average-looking McLaren seem utterly beautiful.

That said, I like the paint job on the Force India.

What's the logic behind these new nose regulations then? Reducing front downforce? Deliberately making the cars look stupid?
