@ScarbsF1: Looking at the #mp427 through the cover, high unstepped nose! How can that be?

So here's a thought; if you make the entire chassis a bit lower, you might not need to have an awkward nose-hump style affair going on.

It may be the angle but it looks initally flat then steeply sloped then flat again. I'm assuming this is a "word of the law re:high noses" thing.

Thank goodness it's not another pig. Looks decent from the side - like a proper car. Interesting that they are not showing any other angles of it on the live stream...

Photo embargo ends in 5 minutes. To be honest I think it looks a little bit like a beached whale painted silver, but I'll reserve judgement until I've seen different angles.

It does look quite big at the back compared to what we saw last season and with the Caterham.

really hard to see anything with these pics, the L sidepods are gone as is the additional air intake on the airbox. We can't really see the packaging at the back. No obvious WTF part that jumps out at this stage.

The only thing I can see so far is that they have a split in the air duct of the sidepods... and it's not so ugly as the Caterham

apparently the "controversial" element of the design is the exhausts, which are exiting out of the side of the sidepods, well outboard, instead of on the top surface...

Actually looks better from that angle, did wonder if those where the exhausts at the back of the sidepods.
