I've no idea if it's still true but historically, PDLR has carried a lot of money from Repsol, it's what got him into F1 in the first place.

And yes for 200 sovs what were you expecting? Briggs and stratton power and it wasn't thrown together by a man in a shed. As it's fairly erm....basic, it means I get to make it look like something out of mario kart, which is what he really wants. And it had to have some kind of off road ability, which most go karts don't have. A roll cage, decent seat, and a remote cut off will make me happier about it.

Why he couldn't just have a quad like his brother is a mystery.

It's a good call. This way you can find out whether your lad likes karting or not, before you even think about upgrading.
