The fact you can use DRS to pass backmarkers really should mean the abolition of penalties if you don't skip straight out of the way of them.

If you can't pass a backmarker in modern F1 you don't deserve to win the race anyway.

Very true, i have sports etc so I'm not paying because F1 is moving and i would prefer it still on the BBC.
