I had to check my couch for nail marks after the end of that session.

Like a drama it really kept the shock twist really hidden right to the end. I really thought Button had beat Hamilton after the poor first and not so great middle sectors, and I really thought Vettel had met his match this weekend with the performance of the MacLarens and his not so perfect sounding final run.

Shame the race isn't looking to be as exciting tomorrow, I'm hopeful, but I'm trying to hold off my excitement. That was a great end qualifying session though.

The encouraging thing is that Lewis's Quali 2 time was easily faster than the pole time, usually the Mclarens are stronger in race pace than in Quali so should be entertaining with the odd pass possible but also from a strategy point of view with the Mclarens possibly able to run longer on tyres and bang in quicker laps as Vettel comes in to pit.

Anyone quite fancy Button for the win tomorrow? Only a couple of tenths off Vettel in Q3.. and with most of the overtaking to be done in the pits tomorrow plus the durability of the primes... I reckon it's on...

Would be nice to see, he is the most in form driver and is a big thinker. The Prost of his generation.

However low speed circuits really suit the Red Bull blown diffuser.

What is really embarrassing is how badly Webber is doing in what is by far the best car. Red Bull need to put Jaime Alguersuari in their second car.
