It's also worth noting that as far as I know there were single yellows out when Button go there (or certainly should have been, there were no course workers on track since Massa was still crashing). Even if he hadn't backed off it's a far, FAR less serious offence. I don't have sector times or anything but from the replay it looked ok to me.
